Quick Start
1.Visit VGN-HUB page to download the product driver.
2.Use a USB-C cable to connect the UFO 8K Wireless Receiver to your computer.
3.In the V HUB driver, select the [Other] function option page.
4.Follow the instructions for [Pairing Receiver] to pair the UFO 8K Wireless Receiver with the mouse.
Indicator Light Functions
1.Connection Status: Indicates the mouse connection status
2.Optional lighting effects in the driver: Monochromatic breathing, Monochromatic steady, Neon, Mixed-color breathing, Colorful steady, Off.
Common Problems
Q1. Why can't my mouse pair with the UFO 8K Wireless Receiver?
Reason: The pairing method between the mouse and receiver is incorrect.
Solution:
1.Download the latest version of V HUB.
2.Upgrade the mouse firmware to the latest version.
3.Select the “Others” function option page.
4.Follow the “Pair Receiver” steps and operation instructions to pair the UFO 8K Wireless Receiver with the mouse.
Q2. Why does my computer freeze or fail to achieve the specified return rate when l set a higher return rate?
Reason: High return rates require better CPU performance and memory frequency, Low-spec computers may not meet these requirements.
Solution: Check your computer specifications to ensure they meet the requirements for high return rates.
Q3. Why does my mouse feel shorter after turning on 8K polling rate?
Reason: The high polling rate increases the power consumption of the mouse and shortens the battery life.
Solution: This is a normal phenomenon, you can accept or reduce the polling rate to extend the life.
Q4. Can l continue to use the original standard 2.4G receiver after pairing the UFO 8K Wireless Receiver?
Reason: After pairing the UFO 8K Wireless Receiver, the 2.4G receiver is disconnected from the mouse.
Solution: lf you need to use the 2.4G receiver, you need to re-pair it in the V HUB.
