Q: Why can't I use the WIN key?
A: When the WIN key is locked after pressing FN + WIN, it cannot be triggered. At this time, the WIN indicator light on the keyboard is on. Pressing FN + WIN again will unlock it.
Q: Why are my WIN key and ALT key swapped, and F1 - F12 have no response or become function keys?
A: When pressing FN + S, the keyboard switches to MAC mode. Under the Windows system, this will cause the WIN key and ALT key to be swapped, and F1 - F12 become function keys. Pressing FN + A switches back to Windows mode.
Q: What should I do if I want to customize keys, use macro functions, and modify more RGB lighting effects?
A: Download the latest driver from the official website. You can use the driver software to customize keys, edit macros, modify RGB lighting effects, and experience the complete keyboard functions.
