3. Connection
2.4G Wireless Transmitter Connection (for PC/Mac)
Plug the 2.4G wireless transmitter into the USB port of your PC/Mac.
1.The wireless adapter status indicator blinks blue, indicating it is waiting for connection.
2.Long-press the headphone power button for 2 seconds to turn it on.
3.When the wireless adapter status light stays blue and the headphone emits a prompt tone, the connection is successful (the earcup indicator on the headphone lights up for 1 second every 10 seconds).
Setting Up the Headphone on Windows
Go to: Settings > System > Sound > Output, select your output device as "VXE V1".
Go to: Settings > System > Sound > Input, select your input device as "VXE V1".
Setting Up the Headphone on macOS
Go to: System Preferences > Sound, select "VXE V1" under Output and Input.
2.4G Wireless Transmitter Connection (for PS4™/PS5™)
Turn on your PS4™/PS5™ console.
Connect the 2.4G wireless transmitter to the USB port of the PS4™/PS5™. The transmitter’s status indicator blinks blue, waiting for connection.
Press the headphone power button to turn it on, then double-press the power button to select "USB Mode".
When the wireless adapter status light turns blue and prompts "USB connected", the headphone is connected (the headphone indicator lights white for 1 second every 10 seconds).
Navigate to the Settings menu and select it.
Highlight and select the Devices menu option.
Scroll down to Audio Devices and select it.
Set Input Device to "VXE V1 Wireless Headset".
Set Output Device to "VXE V1 Wireless Headset".
Select Output to Headphones and choose "All Audio".
Bluetooth Connection
Press the headphone power button to turn it on.
Double-press the power button to switch to "Bluetooth Mode". You will hear a prompt tone, and the earcup LED will blink red and blue.
Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device, then find and select "VXE V1" in the Bluetooth device list.
After successful pairing, a prompt tone will play, and the earcup LED will cycle: blue light turns off for 10 seconds, stays on for 1 second, then turns off.
Note: The headphone can connect to two devices simultaneously (one in USB mode and another in Bluetooth mode). Press the power button to switch between calls in Bluetooth/USB modes.
4. Charging
Charge the headphone fully before first use.
When connected to the charging cable, the headphone LED turns red; it turns blue when fully charged.
Use a 5V 300mA power adapter or charge via a PC’s USB port.
