Connection mode
The product supports Android/iOS mobile devices and is compatible with smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, PS4, PS5, Switch and more.
2.4G Wireless Connection:
1. Connect the USB/USB-C port of the 2.4G Transmitter to your device. The transmitter will then activate auto-pairing mode, with the pairing indicator light flashing green. Power on the headset and switch it to 2.4G Mode. The headset will pair with the 2.4G Transmitter, and you will hear the prompt tone "Connected". Pairing is now successful.
Important Notes:
1. Do not remove the side USB-C plug when using the USB port of the 2.4G Transmitter to connect to a device.
2. When using 2.4G Mode, follow the guide to download and install the PC software for advanced headset customization.

Bluetooth Connection:
Power on the headset and switch it to Bluetooth Mode. Use your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to search for the headset’s Bluetooth name "VGN ZHOU" and tap to pair. The headset is now successfully connected to your device via Bluetooth.

Wired Connection:
Connect the headset to your device via the USB port of the charging/data cable. The ear shell light will turn off automatically, and the headset (which remains powered on) will switch to Wired Headset Mode.

Charging Mode
Charge the headset via the dedicated charging cable.
Notes: Charging Current: ≤820mA. The headset will power off automatically during charging. When powered off, the charging indicator stays solid red; it turns solid green when fully charged.
Low Battery Alert: In 2.4G/Bluetooth Mode, the battery is considered low when voltage drops below 3.2V. A "Low Battery" prompt tone will sound every 3 minutes, with the red indicator flashing rapidly (the prompt tone will not interrupt audio playback).
Auto Power-Off: The headset will power off automatically with the prompt tone "Power Off" if it is not connected to any device or if the battery voltage drops below 3.1V.

Supplementary Notes
Built-in Microphone: Voice calls are available when the headset is powered on, with the call ENC function activated automatically. (When connected to a desktop via the 2.4G Transmitter, you can adjust the call volume and configure voice changer effects for the headset through the PC software.)
External Microphone: The built-in microphone will be disabled automatically once the external microphone is plugged in, and the external microphone will start working with the call ENC function activated automatically. (When connected to a desktop via the 2.4G Transmitter, you can adjust the call volume and configure voice changer effects for the headset through the PC software.)

Connection mode
The product supports Android/iOS mobile devices and is compatible with smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, PS4, PS5, Switch and more.
2.4G Wireless Connection:
1. Connect the USB/USB-C port of the 2.4G Transmitter to your device. The transmitter will then activate auto-pairing mode, with the pairing indicator light flashing green. Power on the headset and switch it to 2.4G Mode. The headset will pair with the 2.4G Transmitter, and you will hear the prompt tone "Connected". Pairing is now successful.
2. Connect the charging dock to your device, then plug the 2.4G Transmitter into the charging dock. Auto-pairing mode will be activated immediately, with the pairing indicator light flashing green. Power on the headset and switch it to 2.4G Mode. The headset will pair with the 2.4G Transmitter and emit the prompt tone "Connected", indicating a successful connection.
Important Notes:
1. Do not remove the side USB-C plug when using the USB port of the 2.4G Transmitter to connect to a device.

Bluetooth Connection:
Power on the headset and switch it to Bluetooth Mode. Use your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to search for the headset’s Bluetooth name "VGN ZHOU" and tap to pair. The headset is now successfully connected to your device via Bluetooth.

Wired Connection:
Connect the headset to your device via the USB port of the charging/data cable. The ear shell light will turn off automatically, and the headset (which remains powered on) will switch to Wired Headset Mode.
